The Guam Coastal Management Program is responsible for coordinating and assisting the development and implementation of plans, policies and programs which affect the management, use and preservation of Guam’s land and ocean resources to ensure consistency amongst the plans, policies and programs such that Guam’s resources are effectively used for the benefit of present and future generations.
